Big salad bar with fruit, health salads, soups and hot meals from other restaurants in the area. All are marked gluten free if they are. Also have prepared salads and a few GF items in their freezer section including pizza and a few baked goods. In the back, they have sushi , some bread(including GF popovers). I used a napkin to put some in a bag instead of using the one set of tongs they had out. Also, had some GF items from local GF bakeries pre-packaged. I was happy to try something from Defloured as I'm not able to get there this trip. You can eat in or take out. So, the only negative thing I saw was the tongs.
