Had a great experience here, the guy said all of the fillings were gluten free and only had to pay a little more for the GF bread. I ordered the falafel hummus sandwich and it was sooo good / as I picked it up the guy said he’d changed his gloves and used a separate chopping board for me (without me even asking)

The best food in Cph! Crispy gluten free bread with feta, eggplants, pesto di pomodoro; all Just a Little bit spicy. What a mix!!!! The owner Is very friendly and very careful to avoid contaminations.

Grilled the gluten free bread to order though I am not sure if it was on a gluten-free surface. I did not have any negative reaction to the falafel sandwich with feta and hot sauce. It was delicious!

They take allergies seriously!! They will use a dedicated gluten free cutting board and knife, and will clean the griddle prior to preparing your sandwich. Almost all of their sandwiches can be made gluten free. The gluten free bread is very unique and some of the best that I’ve ever had. I’ve gone there twice and never gotten sick. My favorite cafe in Copenhagen!!
