Vietnamese resturant no English but used google translate. So helpful made me chicken fried rice 850 yen no soy sauce and rice paper shrimp rolls with a sweet sauce. 350 yen . Lovely people who were so helpful and understanding On the 3rd level of building opposite Irish pub
