Forde's Restaurant

This is a cute little restaurant steps away from the Knock Shrine. I popped in here for some lunch and had a chicken sandwich on bread with some fries.

I cannot speak to whether or not this is a good option if you are ultra sensitive, so keep that in mind. The lady running it was very sweet, so feel free to ask questions about cross contamination if you do decide to go.

They had a good bit of options as well as gluten free toast. This is not going to be 5 star dining, rather just a simple lunch on the go, but as a gluten free person I know how valuable that can be as well.
