Symptomatic Celiac

I ordered the salmon - it took over an hour, everyone else at my table was done eating by the time my food came. The wait staff kept saying 5 more minutes. When it finally came it was good at least. No apologies from management, nothing taken off the bill (we didn't ask). I felt the tell-tale symptoms of gluten contamination shortly after leaving.
