No knowledge about cross contamination

New owners as of this past year and they know nothing of gluten-free or contamination. Ordered my usual salmon a couple months ago but it didn’t look or smell the same so I asked if it was still gluten free. I was told it was but asked for the ingredient list anyways and it contained wheat soy sauce. Explained to them that wheat is gluten and they’ve been telling people it was gluten free. Haven’t eaten there since because their lack of knowledge in allergies.
