I told the waiter I have celiac disease. He immediately said we will Santize everything we take if very seriously. They have a TON of cheeses and GF crackers and I got the greens salad and salmon. SO GOOD. They have GF pasta but it’s not celiac safe. But the food that is GF is so good. And they’re very well educated. Highly recommend
