They do not have a dedicated fryer but do make an in-house GF fresh pasta.
Staff was very knowledgeable and modified some starters and sides for me. Try the carbonara, it’s AMAZING.
The staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. No separate menu but they know what can be modified, which is a lot. Ate dinner there for restaurant week and will definitely go back. Props to the chef who not only made an excellent meal but was willing to alter anything.
