our server seemed knowledgeable about gluten issues and said they could adjust anything to be gluten free. We had Shitake mushroom, spinach & chicken soup (for 2), sauteed book choy and Ho Fen noodles with beef. No adverse gluten reaction. affordable and the food was fresh and delicious.

Had dinner here with my family. I ordered a noodle dish with chicken and asked for it to be Gluten Free. The staff was very friendly and was prepared to accommodate. The dish was made with GF soy sauce and I didn’t have to worry about cross contamination. When I asked about an appetizer being gluten free I was advised against it and our waiter actually explained why its cooking process was not safe for celiacs, which showed that the staff is very familiar with the limitations of a gluten allergy. Overall great food and good service, I will definitely return!

Every single time I go to Formosa, the food is excellent, they prepare it very carefully concerning gluten-free and wheat free allergy requests. The owner Jenny is kind, and very happy to have the chefs make changes. I have never gotten sick there!
