3 stars because I did not get sick. The only time gluten free is listed on the menu is for the GF crust, which is baked on the same surface as all other pizzas, and the staff is unable to place the GF crust over tinfoil making it unsafe for celiacs. I then asked about a chicken ceaser salad, but the chicken was not celiac friendly either. I ended up getting a plain Caesar salad. Very disappointing

I have not had pizza like that in a decade. It was amazing and the atmosphere is awesome.
Easily the best gluten-free pizza in NYC. The preparation methods aren’t ideal, but the taste is out of this world. It’s so good that you will definitely wonder if it’s gluten free. :)
I made a trip here on 18 May 2018 to try the pizza, but it is not for Celiacs and I did not order anything. I could see the outdoor prep space and one brick oven, so I asked about separation or use of trays or foil, etc. There is none - it all is prepped on the same counters, goes in the oven together on the same surface, and is cut with the same cutters, etc. I appreciated their honesty, but was sad I wasn’t able to have pizza for dinner!
No
We ordered two gluten free pizza here and the crust was light and fluffy - I almost thought they gave us the wrong crust since usually gf pizza is flat and crunchy. It was amazing, even though there was a $4/pizza upcharge. my daughter said it was the best gf pizza she's ever had, and I might agree. I didn't ask about preparation methods, but no one got sick! I would definitely recommend it!
Best GF pizza I have ever had!!!!! The salads are great too! All can be made gluten free (leave off the croutons on the Cesar)
