Review of Fort Hays Chuckwagon Supper & Show

We went to the Chuckwagon show for the first time. I called in advance to let them know one in our party was gluten free. They gave me a ticket so when I went through the line - the places with the biscuit and cake had separate options for me. They were under their carts, wrapped in plastic wrap to keep from contamination. They told me those items came from a local bakery. It was very impressive to be able to take part in the whole experience without being singled out. No reaction at all!
