A lot of gluten free options. All the pasta is made in site and they have a gluten free option. It has been the best pasta I have ever try gf in miami. No issues at all, they knew exactly what the gf options that the menu had. I made a reservation and the night before they called to ask if I had any request I said gf and service was great
