I told them I was super sensitive to gluten but after taking extra time to prepare my food (due to being extra cautious they said) the server brought out a roll that had imitation crab in it. I ate two pieces before realizing. I asked the server to check if it had wheat in it because he didn’t know. Sure enough, the label said there was wheat in it. If you can be sure about what you’re ordering it might be ok, but don’t count on the staff to be knowledgeable.
Online ordering lets you indicate allergies and dietary restrictions. They indicate which sushi is made with imitation crab and which is made with real crab meat. I got the sushi to go and used the soy sauce I have at home. Would recommend the sushi. Note: I am not celiac but generally get migraines/brain fog when I eat gluten. I was fine after my visit here.
