Forty Six was catering a work function and they served pasta as the option for those that need a GF option. I felt confident the pasta would be safe to eat as I’ve eaten there before and haven’t gotten sick. However, within 15 minutes, I immediately felt symptoms and had to go home. I felt brain fog and had a raging headache for about a day and a half.
I’m not sure if my meal was cross contaminated or if it wasn’t actually GF, but when I first bit into my food, I knew it tasted too good to be true. My husband also took a bite and said it tasted like normal pasta.
