Amazing food, wait staff asked about allergy when we asked for GF crust before we could explain that was why. Very nice spot and staff are great.

I went to Foster’s Fireside after seeing they had a lot of cauliflower crust options on their menu and speaking with them on the phone. Tell them you are celiac when placing your order and they will make your items in a separate area after washing hands and it’s cooked in a pan in the wood fired oven. A girl who works and eats there is celiac and when talking to the chef she understands all about celiac and has a friend who is celiac. The food is AMAZING and I did not react either time I went here. I am very sensitive too.
