Had a really great dinner at the foundry. All I had to do was tell the waitress I was celiac, and she immediately showed me everything on the menu that was gluten free (about half the menu could be gluten free). They also have a seperate frier for their duck fat fries, so they're safe!

Chef Steve and his team are amazing. While there is no Gluten free menu Steve does have a dedicated fryer and does everything he can do to make gluten free possible.
The menu changes regularly so just tell them you are gluten intolerant and they will accommodate.
I had for starters Beet Dip where they fried corn tortillas to replace the toast that usually comes with it and Shishito peppers with one of the sauces taken out as I was told that it contains soy sauce. I had no idea that Soy Sauce was problematic so not only did they accommodate, Shannon our server (and awesome bartender) taught me something new. She knows a lot about gluten free and helped with menu choices. For a main I had the Vegan Paella with smoked tofu. It was so good.
I highly recommend eating whether you have Celiac like me, or just want somewhere great to eat

My husband and I recently had dinner here. The food was amazing! When I made the reservation I told them I had celiac disease so it was on the reservation sheet when we arrived. They knew exactly what was a safe for me to eat. Given that I also have other food allergies, restaurants can be challenging for me. Their knowledge and care in suggesting what I could safely eat and in preparing it was amazing. I was so impressed and so was my husband. We had amazing food and I felt heard and cared for by the staff. Definitely celiac safe!
