I stayed at the resort attached to the 4 marlins and I have gotten a Caesar salad every day! Limited options but the staff is great and asked if it was an allergy or celiacs. I am excited to go back and get breakfast there (they have gluten free bread). Haven’t gotten sick yet!

Our experience at Four Marlins was nothing short of incredible. All of the food is made from scratch so many things could be modified to make them gluten free. We had the octopus appetizer, which was amazing, and the strawberry salsa to start. I had the coffee crusted filet for dinner, which was also delicious. The food took a little longer than normal because the chef had to make a different vegetable to go with the filet (it normally comes with roasted brussel sprouts with soy sauce), but it was well worth the wait. My only complaint it that I wish there were dessert options beyond sorbet. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Key West.
