Review of Four Seasons Hotel Miami

Really good with catering gluten free needs. I like how the chef and even the waiter knew (not a lot of places know exactly what 'gluten free' is). They gave me great options and even recommended a house made dressing for my salad because they did not have the ingredient information for one of the dressings I wanted and did that to be safe. I really enjoyed dining here.
