Four Sisters

We have eaten here many times with my celiacs daughter. We have had no reactions after multiple dining experiences. We have had the chicken pho( no plum sauce),, summer rolls (no peanut sauce), chicken curry, grilled shrimp skewers and lemongrass beef (one specifically is listed as gf). It has been delicious and safe for us!

Just to let everyone know that I got some disturbing news about 4 Sisters Vietnamese Restaurant in the Mosaic Center. It get high reviews in the app Find Me Gluten Free, and has for a long time. I spoke with the owner recently, and I am sad to report that they take no precautions whatsoever.

How they managed to fool everyone for so long is surprising. The owner told me that the gluten free menu just list items made with no gluten containing ingredients. They are prepped on the same surfaces and cooked on the same grill with no cleaning in between.

A shared fryer is used too. I loved this place because I thought it was the one place I could have Vietnamese food safely. This is not the case. Shame on you 4 Sisters.

Food is tasty, but not truly gluten free

I asked the owners. Shared grill with soy sauce marinated meats and shared fryer. So disappointed.

I got the spring rolls and the chicken pho. Both very good!

I used to love this restaurant. Initially after being diagnosed with Celiac, I still dined here until I realized they use a shared fryer. I asked the staff repeatedly because I thought the person made a mistake or didn’t hear them correctly. The chef said their cook space/tools and fryer is shared. Sadly not celiac friendly.

I ate a meal here while visiting the area. Had chicken pho from the GF menu and didn’t experience any reaction.

Separate Gf menu! Sadly, most of the truly creative stuff wasn’t available. We had a good papaya salad and a vermicelli bowl. Avoided anything fried out of precaution- didn’t end up asking about shared fryer.

I really loved the food at this place, but the egg rolls and pho have MSG that cannot be removed and trigger my migraines, though I hadn't made the connection until I saw they have a "MSG free" menu. Sad I can't eat here anymore :(

Has a Gluten Free menu with a ton of options. If you ask for the gluten free menu, they will bring out the gluten free hoison sauce right away. The crispy spring rolls are a revelation. Also, dairy free. Very celiac friendly.

Ask for separate gluten free menu. Many options, fried spring rolls are delicious, lemongrass beef is tasty. I see lots of Vietnamese people eating together in big families on a Sunday night, usually a good sign it's authentic. Would come back again!

Many options. I've been here several times and the food is good--have tried crispy spring rolls, papaya salad, vermicelli bowls, rice crepes, etc. Some of the food is too oily.

Our favorite restaurant! This is the restaurant I took my wife for our first date when we were dating and we love coming back every time. Gluten free menu is amazing, service is always great, can't beat the prices! They have gf fried spring rolls, pho, lemongrass beef - you name it!! Absolutely love and cannot recommend enough!

Ate here with a group while traveling on business. Extensive GF menu. I ordered the lettuce wraps with grilled scallops and shrimp - delicious. Only negatives were some mixed up drink orders and when we tried to split the bill across multiple credit cards the waiter didn't know how to do that. Otherwise very nice and reasonably priced.

I've been here about 5 times. Up until last time, I've always been impressed, never had a reaction. GF menu and one waitress I've had multiple times was very good. However this last time my waiter was not as knowledgeable, a bit rude, and brought my food out with everyone else's. He didn't let me know which was actually mine until I flagged him down. I'm not totally turned off, but not quite as enthused by this place now.

The spring rolls and lemongrass beef are incredible and everyone there is very helpful. There's a pretty good variety of gf options with a specific menu.

Went here for the first time last week. I was surprised they don't have GF summer rolls, but the spring rolls were quite good, as was the lotus salad. The beef for the grilled beef and rice noodles was tender, but bland. My husband reported that the non-GF stir fried beef and vegetables was too much like the canned Chinese you can get anywhere. Still, a very enjoyable meal.

Incredible, mouthwatering GF spring rolls! Very thoughtful and conscientious GF menu.

egg rolls are amazing!! staff very knowledgeable about what I could have and not have.....Many fried options!!! will definitely visit again

The only thing gf worth going for are the egg rolls.
