This restaurant has great ambiance being right next to the air field but has a very small kitchen, which makes preventing cross-contamination difficult. Our server was very knowledgeable because she has a child with a gluten-allergy so she talked to the chef. My meal (salmon, asparagus and red potatoes) was delicious and I didn’t get sick. However, I would feel less confident going on a night that server wasn’t working and the kitchen was busier.
