The chicken is pretty good. The fries were a little odd and the sauces were very strong with vinegar, except the ranch. With that said.. it was great to have a GF place in the middle of nowhere!

Phenomenal! I was 8 days into a bike tour through a GF desert, a true celiac wasteland. There was nothing to do but eat my freeze dried misery. Even the grocery stores had little or nothing to offer. Then what do I find along my route in Wallace, Idaho of all places? An oasis! Gluten free chicken wings, boneless tidbits and fries. Killer sauces. Everything scratch made. Unbelievable! WTF indeed.

Fantastic find! They have chicken wings or bites, or tofu and fries. The bites were tender and juicy with light GF breading.

Fowl Mouths has GF everything! Including wings amazing sauces, fries, and chicken tenders. I did not know what I was missing as I haven’t had fried chicken since before I was diagnosed with celiac 20 years ago. When my GF family members come to town, everyone is shocked to discover this place, and delighted to enjoy crispy chicken and fries
