I did NOT have a good experience here. We called ahead and asked if they had a gf menu and they said they did. Once I got there and I asked for the gf menu the server acted like she had no idea about it. She got the manger and they pretty much told me I could have the veggie burger and that was it. They did not try to help me in any way & did not seem to care
I ordered a burger from uber eats while staying in a nearby hotel. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked & loaded with toppings. The fries needed a little salt, but were well cooked. I did not get sick after eating, not sure about the rest of the menu.
The staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free dining. The waitress told me my only option would be to get a gluten free bun and order a burger so that’s what I did. I asked if there was a dedicated fryer they said no and the waitress recommended getting Brussels sprouts instead so that’s what I did. When they brought my meal out my Brussels sprouts had a clump of breading in it. The manager came out and told me the Brussels sprouts are fried and that I shouldn’t try to order fried food if I had a gluten allergy, they offered me steamed broccoli instead so I took that. When the check came I was charged for both side substitutions and they refused to take the Brussels sprouts off the check even though I sent them back due to contamination. I am now home with a sick and sore stomach so after all that I suspect even my “gluten free burger” was contaminated.
Waitress wasn’t particularly knowlegable but was willing to check on things. Basically their chicken salad with basalmic dressing was gf and good, just ask for dressing on the side because it was too much. They have a gf bun with their burgers but their fries are not cooked in a dedicated fryer so not safe.
Veggie burger that was actually GF🙌 and delish. Had GF bun too, but encountered the usual challenges with GF bread ...staff was knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable eating there.
This location was awesome ! I went with a group of 14 for a college graduation get together so I emailed them and I immediately got a response within 10 minutes. It turns out the reply was from the actual manager of that location and told me they even have a gf menu. When we arrived the manager came to my table , introduced herself and spoke to me directly about my meal even showing me the bottle of BBQ sauce for the gf ribs. Turned out the ribs were awesome ! And btw this was yesterday and I still feel fine & i am very sensitive. Also we will be going again. So thanks Jessica Lawler /Manager , you ROCK!!!
Staff had very little knowledge of Gluten free, could not find the one single GF menu they had printed either. After ordering they came out and said nothing but the 2 sides we actually confirmed to be gluten free as there is so much chaos in kitchen they could not do gluten free.
Don't waste your time, I called before we went and was told on the phone they had a gluten free menu. Our waitress said she had to find one they only have three, then she came back to the table 15 minutes later and said they were printing one because they couldnt find one. 13 minutes later another person came to the table to say they changed their menu three weeks ago and haven't received GF menus yet, but she knew what was GF, but then pretty much said a burger without a bun. We drove 40 miles to eat there. We had ordered one drink and a water and the didn't even offer to comp the drink.
The Cowboy Steak and grilled vegetables was very good. Gluten-free menu upon request.
