They provided an allergy menu when I went up to the waitress stand while I waited to be seated which was soo helpful (see attached). They do not have a dedicated fryer though so even though the fries say wheat/gluten free, they are cooked in a shared fryer. Also make sure to tell them you have any sort of celiac/gluten allergy so they tell the kitchen (meat comes out on a slice of white bread if you don’t!) So far so good physically, and great food!!
