Review of Fox In The Box

This place could be so much more than it is, it was really disappointing and underwhelming.

The food was a bit bland and lacked flavour, the salad provided was just a basic iceberg lettuce with cherry tomatoes (including the ends) and cucumber, quite mediocre for the price. The waitress at the front didn’t have the best customer service and appeared to be flustered and confused. We weren’t provided ice with our drinks and I had to ask for some, which appeared to be a mission. I was provided with a hot can of soft drink and when I asked for a cold one the girl said there weren’t any, I asked what about another flavour and she was still not understanding what I was asking and told me there is no cold cans of lemonade, I had to speak with great detail for her to understand. They had no coke cans left, which I found surprising.

And to top off the night I assume the husband and wife or business partners, had a domestic in the back, yelling at each other which could be heard loud and clear for all customers to hear, was quite awkward and unprofessional.

Overall it wasn’t a nice experience and I wouldn’t return.
