They said everything had gluten in it. Then said I mean we can make GF pancakes but everything has gluten in it 🤦🏼‍♀

The staff knew nothing! Why is a paleo pancake not listed as gf? By definition it should be! No one could tell us—or maybe modify so we could eat it. Smoothies—not gf??? Why—well no one knows! We were told we could eat the bowls but was informed rudely not until 11am. Well she said that at 10:59!! No thanks—we went elsewhere!! I was so disappointed as we picked the place the night before and were excited about it. Oh well!!

Very healthy eats! All GF options are marked on the menu. I recommend trying the peanut butter energy bites or a smoothie bowl.

FOY “Fountain of Youth” was awesome! We were passing through Mobile and it was a quick stop off of I10. I had the The Southwest bowl with chicken and avocado added. Fresh and delicious!

Really healthy eats! Menu lists which items are GF. The paleo pancakes are GF and delish! Super Bowls are satisfying with brown rice and salad ingredients to order. GF meal bars are available in refrigerator. Smoothies and juices are knock your socks off yum!
