Review of Fradeli's

For CATERING--The owner went out of his way to change a recipe for me. FraDeli's has great food and we always get them to cater a school event. However, their menu is mostly Italian--they are known for pasta and items containing bread crumbs. This year, I asked about GF dishes and the owner was happy to show me the ingredient labels and discuss with me. I told him about using Tamari instead of soy sauce, so he made a special trip to buy some and use it in their beloved pepper steak recipe. Delicious! It's nice to know of a caterer that can make Italian faves AND something for me on the buffet. Be sure to DISCUSS your needs when ordering.
