Avoid this place! My son has has been diagnosed with celiac disease for 13 years. We’ve eaten at countless restaurants in many different states and has never been contaminated. However, after eating a personal pizza from here he was. The website clearly states made in a gluten free environment. When I spoke with the manager she said cross contamination is a strong possibility and there is no such thing as a gluten free environment. My son within 3 hours of ingestion was throwing up non stop.
We placed a fairly large order for delivery; I called and spoke to a woman to place the order, and was specific that we had a celiac sufferer in the house and that the entire order needed to gluten free and taken care of. She assured me they knew what they were doing.
The food was good, and everyone ate a bit of everything, but my daughter (the one with celiac) started to be super nauseous at bedtime, and ended up vomiting that night and being miserable the next day (both her main symptoms of being glutened).
When I called the restaurant to ask about what could have happened, they said they don't take steps to prevent cross contamination; same oven for the pizza, same water/boiler for the pasta, etc. Not worth a fight, but we'll never go back. They're menu says "all prepared in a gluten free environment" which is apparently a lie.
I love this place for their cauliflower crust pizza’s and I’ve been okay with them but I’ve gotten very very sick from pasta dishes from here.. they are gluten free pastas but they cook them in the same water as the regular pasta. If you ask they will make it separately.
They have a very full menu of gluten free options and the things that I have taste delicious but just be careful and ask for everything to be made separately if you are very sensitive like me. The staff is very accommodating.
very knowledgeable staff. gluten free appetizers, pasta and gluten free bread. all of the food was delicious.
