Called and there is no dedicated space where food is prepped, and was told that their eggs and bacon isn't even gluten free - glad we called before trying this place
This new restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. The cook is well-versed on allergy and celiac requirements. Udi's buns and bread are available, but not listed on the current (new) menu. Food quality is very good. I visited on opening weekend and service was a bit slow, but hopefully that's a kink that will be worked out.
