While they do prep the GF pizza in a separate area out back, it’s baked in the same oven as the rest. Not safe enough for me. However, I was easily convinced to go with a GF pasta dish that’s prepared out back. So, I ordered the gnocchi in a cream sauce. It was REALLY good. Great portions. Couldn’t stop eating the sauce.

Amazing pizza- best gluten free crust I've ever tried. All staff were knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac disease and took many important precautions- gluten free pizzas are cooked in a separate kitchen. I only tried pizza, but they also offer gluten free pasta, homemade gluten free ricotta gnocchi, and can modify many of their many dishes to be gluten free. They also sell their pizzas in a "take and bake" mode so you can cook and eat at your convenience which is amazing because most gluten free frozen pizzas are not the best.
