The order is: “pastrami, egg and cheese sandwich, no bread.”

You can order any breakfast or lunch sandwich “no bread”, and in my experience it is safe and gluten free. It comes in a little takeout box, which may not be pretty. But it is delicious.

If you “make it a Reuben”, double check that the dressing is included. They put it on the side, and it is easy to forget when skipping the bread.

Packaged smoked salmon, cream cheese, and pickles to go are other good fare here.
