The waitress didn’t seem to know about cross contamination. Friendly service, but not a huge menu- gf burger buns, gf pizza, salad, and Brussels sprouts is about all you can purchase. The fries are breaded. The GF buns fell apart before finishing the burger, and the pizza crust was rock hard.

Eh. GF bun. (Dry!) have a “gluten-friendly” pizza. The thing that got me was that there’s No gf beer! Not even any cider!
New review: They have significantly changed their menu. Not much is available gf. Disappointed that we will not return.
Old review: Delicious pizza! Also tried a bite of ribs (also on the gf menu) and it was delicious! Enjoyed the house made wine as well. Cupcakes from Sugar High on the menu. This find was a total win!
Not a dedicated gf menu but they do have gf hamburger buns and pizza crust as well as gf fish & chips.
Nothing here for us except a GF bun.
Not for a celiac!!! They only have one thing on the menu that is gluten free... the bun. Nothing else on the menu is guaranteed to be gluten free. I got up and walked out.

Went today. Said they can't guarantee no gluten in anything but I could get a salad or a burger with a gf buns but no sides. They do not have a dedicated fryer as previous reviews said
Great pizza! Also have gf buns for burgers. And fries are in separate fryer! Have celiac and was not sick!
Horrible! Do not eat here if you have celiacs/ gluten intolerance!
Based on reviews here, I was excited to try this place and was impressed with their gluten free menu upon arrival. I ordered the GF pizza, and my mom ordered the ribs GF (so I could try them), both on the GF menu. I explained I am a celiac, cross contamination, etc to ensure safety of my food. As my table all got their appetizers I asked if the onion soup, without bread, was GF. Waitress came back and reported she spoke to the chef and it was GF and my soup showed up a few minutes later. After 2 bites, my Mother in Law mentioned she thought the menu said the soup had beer in it. I immediately stopped eating and asked the waitress to double check; she went to check and came back and said that "even though the menu says there is beer in the soup, there isn't, but the chef wasn't sure about the beef broth" So I didn't eat it. Then, our food came out. My moms gluten free ribs came out with no sides and french fried onions on top of them. I immediately asked the food runner if the ribs were gluten free and he said he thought so and I pointed out the onions. The waitress came back and took my moms food back because, SURPRISE, the had gluten on them. The manager came out a bit later, and had my moms food remade, assuring her they were gluten free. At that point, I told them to just take my pizza back because a that point I was way way way to nervous to eat anything there. The manager wasn't even aware of all that had happened with me and didn't seem too worried. She gave a quick apology and promised to take my food off the bill. Luckily, I did not get sick from the bite of soup, but I would NEVER tell anyone with any dietary needs to eat there as it is not taken seriously AT ALL. Although it was obvious she was not trained about gluten/ the gluten free menu they offer, the only plus was the waitress was very nice and sorry for what happened.

Tried the pizza. Amazing gluten free pizza. Have celiac absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend. Great selection of wines made in house.
Pizza was great! Celiac friendly, no one got sick...
Yes
I saw these reviews and figured I would try it out to see if they were correct. Biggest mistake. They are true. I had the cheeseburger and fries after being reassured that the fries were deep fried in separate oil. I checked for soy exposure as well since I'm allergic to soy as well. The side salad with cherry vinegary te was fine, but immediately after the burger came I was in severe pain. Take caution!!!
Do not eat the fries if you have a high sensitivity to gluten. Stick to basic rules of gluten free eating and beware of cross contamination.
Food was good and offers GF options, but immediately got sick after ordering their GF burger, bun and fries! Be careful!
The Frankenmuth Brewery claims to understand gluten issues, after my experience with them last week, I beg to differ. Anyone living with Celiac understands that eating out can expose you to some gluten even with ordering off a gluten free menu. What we do not expect is to be served regular menu items in place of the gluten free option. I ordered gluten free pizza and was ensured it was gluten free upon its arrival to our table. However it was NOT gluten free. They served me a REGULAR pizza. Avoid this "gluten free friendly" option at all costs or they may POISON you too! I would leave them 0 stars if this app allowed.
