I got breakfast tacos with just egg avocado and bacon with corn tortillas and I didn’t get sick. They are also very knowledgeable about what is gluten free on the menu to help with making sure you don’t get an cross contamination. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you are celiac because they make the bread homemade on the kitchen and there is a chance of cross contamination. Breakfast Potato’s are considered gluten free but they go in the same fryer as items with gluten so they didn’t recommend I eat those. I got a fresh fruit cup instead and it was really good!

Stayed at adjacent hotel, cinnamon rolls included for breakfast, stated I could not eat gluten I was offered toast? Again I stated NO gluten if he would negotiate I knew they had eggs and grits and requested one of those items and to pay for the difference No negotiation. I accepted both rolls my wife ate one and we gave the other to a homeless person

well the cinnamon rolls are provided for free from the hotel, so we are not going to sub out eggs or other things or negotiate the terms of a cinnamon roll..... however you were rude in you're requests and we do not appreciate the way you treated our staff. The fact that you cant have gluten is not an excuse behave poorly at restaurants. we have lots of non gluten items on the menu, some of which you list in your review, but then say that we have almost none later on in your description of the restaurant. we have lots of people that eat here with varying levels of gluten intolerance with great success. If you are celiac we highly recommend you do not eat at Frankie and Lola's since we bake a great deal of our own breads. Oh by the way you are not welcome at our restaurant for you bad behavior...go negotiate free stuff somewhere else.
I ordered an omelet and tried to be very careful, but a few hours later I was sick.

Both of per se, but have naturally gf options to choose from!
Unfortunately this restaurant does NOT have a GF menu and while they attempted to accommodate me, I reacted so there was definitely gluten in my meal. I can not recommend them to fellow gluten intolerant people.
No
No GF menu per se, but plenty of naturally GF options. The Chicken Club in a butter lettuce wrap was delicious. Fresh, tasty food in a quaint bistro with the best view of Morro Rock.
well put thank you!
