I had a gluten free baguette with butter on the side. Best gluten free bread I have had in the USA since arriving from Australia. The waiter went and saw the chef re gluten free options. I had the shrimps and grits, again delicious. We discussed the issues of cross contamination. I normally react within 10-15 mins. No reaction at all and the food was delicious
