The entire place is gluten free except for their bread roles. They are cautious about cross contamination and understand the difference between gluten intolerance and coeliac disease. I ordered the brisket loaded fries and it was entirely gf and so delicious. New favourite spot.

I ordered the platter for one with gluten free option to take away. The food was amazing! The chefs were obviously careful in their prep as I had no issues. I will 100% eat here again when I come back to Brisbane.
