very good take away gluten free pizza (said by an italian). i don’t really know about contamination, so if the pizza was safe, since i’m asymptomatic

I didn't ask about dedicated kitchen space but I didn't react to the food here so fingers crossed they're smart about cross contamination in the kitchen. It was one of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! It wasn't overly spongy or chewy and it was really thin and cooked to perfection, complete with burn marks from the oven which makes me question whether or not the oven is able to accommodate gluten free. It'd be worth asking further for great GF pizza though!
