Franks Holy Smoke BBQ

Not safe. Asked if they have a gluten free menu, and the woman said “there’s no flour in anything.” 🙄 I asked how the meat is seasoned/prepared, and the lady had a significant attitude… don’t recommend this place as Celiac safe, if there is no transparency.

Great food very knowledgeable if gluten!

The best smoked meats we have tasted. makes his own sauce gluten free. I think only the bread has gluten. had a wonderful smoked turkey leg. Wife had chopped beef. We cannot recommed Franks enough. Abraham Frank really cared that we were satisfied. There is a little park right across the street where we ate. We cannot say enough about this little bbq shop.
