I ordered a gluten-free cheese pizza for my celiac daughter. When I asked if they would please be sure to use a clean pan and pizza cutter to avoid cross-contamination, they refused and said they wouldnt be able to guarantee it. would probably be best if we ate somewhere else. They were unwilling to bake the gluten free pizza we ordered on a clean pizza tray or use a clean pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination. Waiter said they cant guarantee it. r. my celiac daughter ordered

Decent crust, although slightly undercooked. Lots of topping options. Helpful staff.
I ordered the white pizza and they brought it out with breaded eggplant. No notation was on the menu as to what toppings were safe and what were not. Server didn't even know what gluten was. I sent it back and asked for a plain cheese pizza instead. I was scared i was going to get sick, but i didn't. It was just okay. I will say it was the biggest GF pizza I have ever had the option of getting - and it does only come in one size.
