I ordered the chicken parmigiana with gluten free penne pasta. They serve it in a bowl with a lot of marinara on top of chunks of chicken and penne. Very tasty, very helpful with ordering, very quick service. Food tasted wonderful but I did get a bit sick after. I am a celiac and extremely sensitive to gluten and tend to react to any amount at all.
They have GF pizza crust that is excellent. My celiac son had the pesto chicken pizza, loved it, and didn’t get sick. Also have GF penne that can be substituted on any pasta dish. Server was very knowledgeable about GF precautions and restaurant was very clean with fun ambiance.
This was a first visit. I saw it in the Find Me Gluten Free app and decided to check it out. I ordered the GF Calabrese pizza. My waitress was a Celiac and so I hot the inside scoop on what was GF. She said the GF pizzas use a cauliflower-based dough. I've not really enjoyed cauliflower crusts but decided to give it a try. I was totally surprised and pleased with the pizza. First, it didn't look, feel, or taste like any cauliflower crust I've had. Second, I only ate half the pizza and brought the rest home for later. I have seldom had a pizza that I took home and reheated later that was worth the trouble, but this one was great. The crust didn't get too hard or chewy. All in all, I'll definitely visit Fratellis again. I was told they used GF penne pasta. The is a chicken parm on their menu that I'm planning to try my next visit. One downside was their side salad. Not much to it.
They have gluten free pasta so you can get any of their dishes with swapped out pasta. Their pizzas and sandwiches are not Gluten Free but I was just so happy to have pasta. The carbonara is what I ordered and it was amazing
Delicious GF pasta. Staff was very knowledgable. They had a GF pizza crust, which I didn’t get to try yet.
