It’s more a suggestion than a comment: why fantastic bakeries in Central Europe with healthy bread still add sugar to almost all the bread? Many people are not celiac but gluten, dairy and sugar sensitive because of the inflammatory effects these substances cause in our body and brain. And sugar is the worst! In Mediterranean countries we love bread and sugar is not added in healthy bakeries. Of course, the bread does not have additives and therefore its life is shorter but you put it in the freezer and when you take it out it’s perfect! It’s just a suggestion because I love this place, and maybe you could add more sugar free options to your fantastic offer. A small amount of sugar might not be harmful “per se” but it’s enough to awake the addiction to this so called “drug”. Thank you very much for considering this suggestion.
