I'm not gluten intolerant at all but their food is SO good that I choose to eat it over normal baked goods. It does make me feel good to know that I can eat a delicious treat and it is actually good for me. Linda is so very knowledgeable about nutrition and is a wealth of information on why her baked goods are actually good for the body. I highly recommend their food.
