I asked if the corn tortillas were just corn and gluten free and the employee asked another longer term employee who did not know for sure but said "probably." He said there are lists of ingredients somewhere but didn't know where. He did look for a bit but Wasn't successful. I wouldn't have given a two star rating with just that, but the fact that the original employee had an obvious smirk on his face the whole time and looked like he was trying really hard not to roll his eyes at me was really uncalled for.

I've always had a great experience here. As a gluten-free vegetarian I enjoy the tempeh they have in a burrito bowl. The first time I asked for it there was some confusion about my allergy but the manager went over all of the ingredients with me and we cleared up any confusion. They're very friendly & the food has a lot of flavor! Better version of Chipotle I think!
Yes
When I asked about gluten free, the server looked like a deer in the headlights. He had to go find a manager. They couldn't find a list of allergens or of gluten free items. They asked if they should change their gloves. I walked them through based on info I pulled from their website (from the Find Me Gluten Free App!). t

Food is bland and staff did not know what was gf. Spoke to a manager and got some clarification. Ok if nothing else around.
They don't list it on their allergen menu but one of the staff members who has a gluten allergy informed me that all of the salsas have gluten in them. Not sure if that's the case but it was enough to keep me away!

I nice alternative to Chipotle as there is more variety in the toppings. You can get burrito bowls or salads. They have corn tortillas available for tacos, but you will want to verify they are GF as they aren't included on the allergen menu on their website.
I really like freebirds! But I’m a simple eater so I only get rice, chicken, and cheese- has no problems. They have a guide for gluten free products- they were able to check that the brisket was not gluten free.

There is a lot of variety on choosing what to put into my bowl. I basically was able to have most of the protein options, but there were three that I couldn’t have which was the steak, the limited time protein, and the vegan chorizo as they contain gluten. The prices aren’t too bad either! I definitely recommend this place. They change their gloves and grab a freshly cleaned tray for my order.

The management here has gone down completely. No one knows what gluten is and I watched them cross contaminate every single thing on the serving bar today a guy with gloves on that it just touched the tortilla grabbed the chicken that had fallen all over the line and put it back with his hands. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC.

They couldn't understand that I needed clean gloves. In fact, everytime I said I need fresh gloves. I'm gluten-free. They tried to give me a low Carp tortilla but when I asked if it was gluten-free, they didn't know. They finally were able to determine which products were gluten-free. And then proceeded to give me cheese by reaching into the container as opposed to using the spoon. So there is quite a bit of cross-contamination. At this location, it's went downhill.
