Awesome fresh food and everything except ranch, ancho sauce, steak and tortillas are gluten free
The staff was excellent when it came to informing my wife and I what was GF on their menu. The guy, whose name I forgot, was super helpful. He immediately took off his serving gloves, washed his hands, and put a new pair on even before he grabbed a tray to help us. They informed me that besides all the flour tortillas the only other items with gluten were their steak, BBQ sauce, and their ranch dressing. So there are actually quite a few options as well as combinations to choose from. I had a pulled pork burrito bowl (less carbs) and my wife had the chicken bowl. We also had chips and queso. Every bit was delicious and we'll definitely be back.
The only gluten free option is a salad. I also have a dairy intolerance and all of their dressings are mainly dairy based, except the vinaigrette.
I really like freebirds! But I’m a simple eater so I only get rice, chicken, and cheese- has no problems. They have a guide for gluten free products- they were able to check that the brisket was not gluten free.

There is a lot of variety on choosing what to put into my bowl. I basically was able to have most of the protein options, but there were three that I couldn’t have which was the steak, the limited time protein, and the vegan chorizo as they contain gluten. The prices aren’t too bad either! I definitely recommend this place. They change their gloves and grab a freshly cleaned tray for my order.

The management here has gone down completely. No one knows what gluten is and I watched them cross contaminate every single thing on the serving bar today a guy with gloves on that it just touched the tortilla grabbed the chicken that had fallen all over the line and put it back with his hands. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC.

They couldn't understand that I needed clean gloves. In fact, everytime I said I need fresh gloves. I'm gluten-free. They tried to give me a low Carp tortilla but when I asked if it was gluten-free, they didn't know. They finally were able to determine which products were gluten-free. And then proceeded to give me cheese by reaching into the container as opposed to using the spoon. So there is quite a bit of cross-contamination. At this location, it's went downhill.
