I asked for the gluten-free menu and ordered chicken on salad. I still got glutened. I suspect that they prepare all the food on the same surface. The employees seemed pretty clueless about what gluten intolerance means.
Unfortunately I went to this location and was told all the meat was cooked in Soy. While it is gluten free this place is not soy free. All the meat is cooked in Soy. Just FYI.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a laminated allergen list to look at while I walked the line. The staff member that helped me changed her gloves without me asking and was very considerate of my safe choices. I had 2 soft corn tacos piled with food. They were great! The manager also came and checked on me. Great experience!

These guys were great! The person who started my order had an allergen menu and let me know I could have corn tortillas, nachos, or a bowl. On their website the chips are not listed gluten free (probably due to cross contamination?? Not sure). They changed gloves without me asking and they were SO helpful. Any of their fajita meat is NOT gluten free but the freebird chicken is and it was delicious. I will definitely be going back.
This is my cheat week and I had no issues the TWO times I had my corn tortilla tacos! Very delicious! Celiac approved!
I really like freebirds! But I’m a simple eater so I only get rice, chicken, and cheese- has no problems. They have a guide for gluten free products- they were able to check that the brisket was not gluten free.
There is a lot of variety on choosing what to put into my bowl. I basically was able to have most of the protein options, but there were three that I couldn’t have which was the steak, the limited time protein, and the vegan chorizo as they contain gluten. The prices aren’t too bad either! I definitely recommend this place. They change their gloves and grab a freshly cleaned tray for my order.
