This amazing bakery has been around forever. They have a gluten free dream cake that is very delicious. My husband who is not gluten free says it tastes just like the regular one.

The oldest bakery in Santa Cruz, Freedom Bakery is family owned and operated since 1975. By popular demand, we are offering our famous Dream Cake in a gluten free option. Unfortunately at this time, we only offer this one flavor but it's delicious! Available in slices everyday; and in sheet cakes with one day prior notice for birthdays or special occasions.
