I’ve eaten here many times and never had an issue. I love the food so much! I usually avoid the crispy toppings near the end as they said one or two of those have gluten.
Staff knew exactly what was gluten/dairy free and were able to help me order! I had a great experience and didn't get sick. Most of the options were gluten-free, except for a few fried toppings.
Very knowledgeable. Food is fresh and delicious. Immediately changed gloves and warned others to do the same. They were patient with my 7 year old son who is GF. Loved that most things are already GF.

It’s all gluten free except for just a couple ingredients. I tend to just get toppings that aren’t in adjacent pans to the items with gluten to make my life easier. I have eaten here 3 times and I’m obsessed. Everything tastes amazing and I’ve never felt even a little bit sick.
All but a few items are GF, and the employee double checked with the manager to be sure they were correct on which ones. I have had many great meals here and never gotten sick. One of my go-to places for a tasty, safe meal. Highly recommended!
Almost the entire menu is gluten/dairy free! The staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! They walked me through every safe and unsafe ingredient option. Wonderful experience and no CC reactions from this Celiac! I'll definitely be back!:)
I’m a kid in a candy store in this place! Dedicated gluten free facility. Care free dining! I enjoyed a Hakuna Matata bowl and a Yoga Pants GF beer. I will be back!

AMAZING!! The best poke place I've ever been to. Customer service was great and almost everything is gluten free. Wish I lived in Kansas City and could eat it everyday.

I was so surprised this wasn’t already reviewed here. The entire menu is gluten free (except for some of the bottled beers) and dairy free (except for the ice cream—although there is a vegan ice cream option). They use gluten free soy sauce so all the sauces are gluten free. It was so nice to go somewhere where I could order anything on the menus! Will definitely be going back!
