Review of Fresca Cafe

The staff were VERY knowledgeable about gluten, celiac, and cross contamination. There are several GF options, too. Most of their pizzas and sandwiches can be made gluten free. Only one pasta option that I could see, a ravioli, but it was tasty. They brought us gluten free garlic bread, too.
