Called and spoke with Chris who was very knowledgeable and confirmed chicken, ribs and pulled pork are gluten free with any sauces. Had takeout pulled pork without any issues!

Likely best as takeout so you can eat with your own sides/toast. It was very tasty and a good option for a group.
