Grab & go sandwich shop with gluten free options - manager even asked his staff to make a fresh sandwich when I told them I had Celiac. They also have gluten free grain bowls on the menu.
After checking the App we had a walk to Fresh&co where the website stated they sold GF Pancakes, when we arrived unfortunately they had taken these off the menu. Staff were super helpful though. I had the GF egg sandwich and my daughter had the GF toast. Staff informed us that they had GF Bread and Wraps.
I was talking with my mom about what I could eat here and the lady working the register was so friendly and eager to tell me options available for me. They had packages cookies and bars that were gluten free and a gluten free turkey avacado sandwich clearly marked. However the sandwich was in the case with the other food so this may not be a good option for people with celiac
Gluten free pancakes, gluten free turkey sandwich, and many grain bowls and salad options that are gluten free
Had a good selection on their Gluten Free menu! Got the Sante Fe bowl, added chicken and removed the cheese (I’m also dairy-free) and enjoyed it!
