Review of Fresh Bite Kauai

Little food truck with great food. Highly recommend the Kauaian bowl with added quinoa and local grass fed steak bites. Super flavorful and all the veggies and the steak bites were delicious and so fresh. There was a long line and then about 15 minute wait for the food after standing in line for 15 minutes. No complaints though, I’m happy to wait for freshly prepared food. Just a heads up that it’s not a quick grab and go place if you’re eating at peak lunch time. We will definitely be back.
