Good 12 much crust. They also have a chicken pesto (a little spicy) so you can avoid tomato sauce which can also be bad for autoimmune.
Absolutely love Fresh Brothers because they really take gluten allergies seriously, and even have a dedicated space where they can prepare your food safely if you have celiac, to minimize cross-contamination as much as possible. Also, the gluten-free pizza is probably the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever tried! To top it off, they even have gluten-free breaded boneless chicken bites, with gluten-free barbecue sauce as well. DELICIOUS!
We ordered the gluten free Hawaiian and the triple pepperoni pizzas. They only come in the medium size, but they were delicious. I also ordered a salad and it was delicious as well. I don’t know about their cross contamination practices but I observed parchment paper under our pizzas and that allowed our pizzas to not be on the pans. I also observed gloves on the person who served our pizzas. I am non celiac gluten sensitive and this restaurant was good for my kids and I.
It was my first time here and the cashier was very helpful in assisting me with choosing safe options. When the food was ready they stacked my gluten free items separate from the rest of my family's food, plus my pizza had a sticker on it confirming it was GF and prepared per Celiac guidelines. I had no reaction to the food. The vegetables were piled on my pizza and very fresh. The crust was decent also but a bit burnt.
This was my first ever gf pizza (also had mine with dairy free cheese!) I was so excited as pizza is my fav thing I could no longer eat. Let me say after having tried many different gf pizzas since then ..fresh brothers was the absolute best crust that tasted the most like a regular pizza!
My pizza was so delicious I had wished I ordered another to take with me ;) I also had their wings, they were pretty good too.
Overall it was a great experience, the service and food were amazing. Would most def recommend this to everyone. I wish there a fresh brothers where I live in Canada!
We were so impressed with the customer service and food!! We have 4 celiacs in our family of 6- 3 kids and 1 adult, so we were excited and a little nervous to try a new place during our vacation. I called ahead to ask about cross contamination procedures and the manager got on the phone and took the time to go over everything they do-baked on separate tray, separate pizza cutter, etc. She knew what I was talking about when I said celiac disease and said they take it seriously there-first one after I called several other places rated high for gluten free food (there is a difference between gluten free food and food safe for celiacs). Went for dinner and they were busy-but again the manager came over when we placed our order (they have a separate gf menu) and made sure all was correct and told us it would be a little wait like 30 minutes-I said we didn't care we were just so happy to be at a place who understood celiac disease. We ordered pizza and wings! She was so nice and took 10% off our order. They brought out our food to us (was not long at all) and to my surprise the boxes had a green sticker (the color for celiac disease) that sealed the box that said Gluten Free Prepared in accordance with National Foundation for Celiac Awareness Guidelines. The medium gluten free pizza (only size available in gf) were big (we had ordered 3 for our family of 6 and had a whole one to take home) and delicious and the wings were very good! The sauce was very good and lots of cheese and toppings. They even made sure we had gluten free ranch and brought us out some more! A different manager came out towards the end of our meal and checked on us and we couldn't have been happier! Great food and staff and felt very safe eating there!
Woah what a pizza! And they follow certified celiac instructions!! I cannot even start with how good this pizza was and the plus side of not feeling sick. We order the gluten free miller with extra crispy pepperoni and some veggies. Overall if I’m back in la I will 100 % order again!!
Wings, pizza and salad all have GF options. Got the mango habanero wings and margarita pizza. Pizzas come in medium only for GF. Wings were excellent but very small wings. They bake them, most sauces and dry rubs are GF. They prepare and cut them in separate space and mark allergy alerts if requested. This is a chain restaurant; this particular location doesn’t have any indoor seating but ample outdoor seating with umbrellas. Located in a nice strip mall. Sign up for rewards and get $10 off a $20 purchase. Would go again.
